What Data We Process
For the purpose of record-keeping and organization of the competition, we collect — based on legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — the following data:

Your first name and surname are further processed on the basis of your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) for the purpose of publishing competition results on our website.

Photographs and Video Recordings
During in-person rounds of the competition and related events, photographs and/or video recordings may be taken for the purpose of documenting the course of the event. These materials may subsequently be used:
for the presentation and promotion of the competition (e.g., on websites, social networks, or printed materials),

In the case of targeted depictions of individuals (portraits, award ceremonies, etc.), the legal basis for processing is the participant’s explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). For general event shots (e.g., group photos, illustrative images), the legal basis is the organizer’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Other Data Processors
To organize the competition, we use the services of contractual partners. These contractual partners become processors of your personal data.
For promotional purposes, we publish photos from events on the social networks Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
